PX Technology is seeking energetic, experienced Implementation and Support Specialists to deploy, validate, and support web, mobile, and integration software applications as part of an Agile team. The Implementation and Support Specialist requires proven problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills and should be proficient with electronic data standards such as HL7, FHIR, and SQL. Technologies utilized include Mirth, AWS ECS, Postman, and Samsung Knox.

Primary Job Responsibilities Include: 

 Ensure customer satisfaction with integration deliverables and services. 

Have knowledge of interface software and its function in client environments. 

Provide focused, timely, and high-quality resolutions for customer integration issues. 

Support Account Managers and end users. 

Dedication to a high level of service and urgency to your customers. 

Configure and deploy tablets to clients using Samsung Knox Mobile Device Management. 

Qualifications / Requirements: 

 

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 

Minimum of 2 years of experience in software implementation and technical support, preferably in the healthcare industry. 

Proficient with technology and data standards such as HL7, Mirth, FHIR, and SQL. 

Proficient with SSH, SFTP, RDP, TeamViewer, and Samsung Knox. 

Experience with Windows Server application installation and troubleshooting, Linux command line, and AWS ECS. 

Familiarity with GIT or similar tools. 

Knowledge of Agile Kanban (support) and Scrum (development). 

Flexibility and initiative. 

Must be authorized to work in the United States. We do not sponsor visas. 


Job Type: Full-time 


COVID-19 considerations:

Majority of the work can be done remotely once integrated with the team with one exception for tablet configuration and deployment.


Salary: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
